The mobile measuring system "STREAM-4" is designed for operational control of gas and liquid flow rate without separation of the gas-liquid flow, registration of removal of sand and impurities in the form of a water-clay-sand mixture (VGP), measurement of temperature and pressure of the flow of well products. The system is used for measurements at technological facilities in zones of class B-1G.
The control system "STREAM-4" is designed for routine monitoring
of technological parameters of the production flow of production gas and
gas condensate wells. The system is mainly oriented for
use on non-electrified wells and well bushes.
Measurements are carried out with the participation of the operator.
The STREAM-4 system provides control of the following parameters:
- liquid phase flow rate;
- gas phase flow rate;
- the intensity of removal of mechanical impurities (sand) that cause abrasive wear of equipment;
- the intensity of removal of the water-clay-sand mixture (VGPS);
- temperatures;
- pressure
